Start the semester re-charged and. de-stressed with this FREE Class! It's perfect for all (not just dancers)
- Attendees may wear any workout/fitness clothing that is more of a tight fit rather then loose fit. This helps, especially virtually, to see and correct alignment/placement while doing the exercises. Attendees can wear socks or be barefoot for this class, whatever is more comfortable.
- Please be prepared to use a pilates/yoga mat, therabands/large stretch bands
