Payment Methods & Refunds

Full payment must be made prior to or at start of all lessons.

Lessons can be paid for by using:

• Zelle® (preferred)  no transaction fee or processing delays

• Credit Card

• Apple Pay

• E-Gift Card

• Cash -  for in-studio coaching sessions only.

Zelle® is a banking app that is already embedded into thousands of U.S. banking and credit union systems.  It works like Venmo by transferring money quickly and more safely then checks and credit cards. There are no fees and absolutely no personal banking information is shared. 

Simply activate Zelle® on your mobile banking app (or online through your bank or credit union) and send your payment to: aordonez@virtualballetlessons.com

Refunds

All Bookings are not refundable once a lesson has been completed or if a lesson has not been canceled 24hrs in advance

​

• Virtual lessons: which are not canceled or rescheduled within 24hrs of the start of the lesson must still be paid IN FULL.

• In Person lessons: there is an additional $50 Inconvenience fee for lessons that result in "no show" or are not canceled within 24hrs of the start of the lesson as stated above.
